Description:	A recreation area with barbeques, basketball courts, parking lot, covered picnic area, and childrens playground.

Fees:	Must contact the Culver City Parks & Recreation Department directly about current rates. Fees below are estimates only: 1-15 Cast/Crew: $35/Hour 16-99 Cast/Crew: $1,500 / 12 hours. 100+ Cast/Crew: $2,000 for / 12 hours Park Monitor: $23/hour

Reservations:	Companies must contact Culver City Parks & Recreation Department directly at least 3 full business days in advance to place holds on a park.

Dual Permit Required?:	No

Notes:	A police officer is typically required on park property: $630 / Day (Weekday Activity) $840 / Day (Weekend and Holiday Activity) At this time, Culver City is approving film requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure minimal impact to the publics enjoyment of the parks. There is no fee to place a hold. However, once you apply for the park permit, cancellations with less than 72 hours-notice will incur 100% of the total fees, including the Park monitor fees. If cancelled with more than 72 hours-notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total fees, including the Park monitor fees.
